NEED AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE ?

The prospective buyer or tenant should have full access to see the Certificate when viewing the property or confirming they wish to buy or let the home. Currently all homes sold require a home information pack including an Energy Performance Certificate or EPC.

The Assessment and on site inspection can only be carried out by Accredited Energy Assessors who hold a level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment.
